Our Founders

Ilana Beker

With over 8.2 million sq. ft. of construction spanning housing to religious projects, Ilana has directed Arquiproyecta since 1985. As the visionary founder and curator of the NGO Espacio Anna Frank, she has led exhibitions since 2006. Formerly, she curated at the Kern UIC Museum in Caracas and has been distinguished with numerous awards, all while shaping minds as a university professor. Ilana’s work has been featured in numerous newspapers and magazinesand has been showcased in a great number of TV shows and radio programs.

Susana Weisleder

A renowned architect who seamlessly integrates mysticism with architecture through a holistic approach, Susana Weisleder has over 45 years of experience, earning international acclaim and building a global portfolio. Her design philosophy centers on creating deeply resonant spaces, evoking meaning and emotion. Notable projects include the Jewish Community Centers in Costa Rica and Ciudad de Panama, reflecting her ability to foster community and cultural identity. The Colegio Universitario de Caracas, an institution with over 50,000 graduates, showcases her commitment to education and empowerment. Susana’s various other educational projects highlight her dedication to creating environments conducive to learning and personal growth

Dr. Jacobo Rubinstein has directed Interfase, C.A. since 1983, developing technological tools for business decision-making. He was a Senior Consultant at Arthur D. Little, specializing in management consulting. He has taught postgraduate courses at IESA in Caracas and ESPOL in Guayaquil. Previously, he was Project Director at the Hudson Valley Cerebral Palsy Association in New York. Currently, he co-owns ERC – Expense Reduction Coaching, focusing on cost reduction. His expertise lies in applying IT to accelerate business strategies and economic development. He thrives in managing multidisciplinary projects across diverse cultural environments.

A seasoned consultant with over twenty years in educational development, Lili specializes in creating transformative experiences for diverse learning communities. Her journey weaves together thoughtful vision and direct action, harnessing the joy of learning to inspire personal transformation and community uplift.

A Clinical psychologist dedicated to integrative mental health, blending psycho-emotional care with mindfulness and somatic therapies. As Co-Founder of Mayim Method, she creates inclusive wellness communities to support treatment-resistant depression, trauma, and addiction recovery. Through accessible, holistic practices, Vivian advanced a mission of collective healing and shared well-being, making mindfulness a cornerstone of modern mental healthcare.

She is the author of 5 published books and has participated in many health forums to create a new heath culture.

A Curator and art historian based, brings 25 years of experience in exhibitions, events, and festivals across the U.S. and Mexico. She focuses on social issues like gender violence, migration, and the climate crisis. As founder of RTcurated, Rina promotes artists while supporting nonprofits through art shows and auctions. Her accolades include the KnightFoundation Art & Tech Expansion Fund grant, and she currently serves as the curator of the Underline. Rina holds an MLA in Museum Studies from Harvard Extension School and a BA in Art History from Universidad Iberoamericana.
